Job summary

ABB's NEMA Motors Division seeks a Director of International Transformation to lead a Stabilize-Optimize-Scale roadmap across regions and functions. The role reports to the EVP International Sales and builds scalable operating models in a global matrix, with 30-40% travel.

You will align product, portfolio and investment priorities with international market requirements, establish governance, and manage an executive Transformation Office to deliver measurable outcomes in growth, margin and cash.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business transformation, strategy execution or management consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.
• Proven ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps, governance and operating mechanisms.
• Strong business acumen linking transformation to customer value, growth and margins.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing or B2B technology environments is a plus.
• Transformation, change management, Lean, Six Sigma or program-management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap aligned with the Stabilize-Optimize-Scale journey.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across interfaces, turning issues into root-cause initiatives.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model and evolutions.
• Lead an executive International Transformation Office and manage risks and dependencies.
• Lead adoption of the new international organization through change leadership and capability building.
