Job summary

Responsibilities include establishing an international operating model, governance cadences, and risk escalation while driving adoption of new ways of working. Travel of ~30-40% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation, strategy execution or enterprise program leadership.
• Experience leading cross-geography transformation across multiple geographies or business units.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps, governance and measurable outcomes.
• Fluent English, strong executive communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear milestones and success measures.
• Lead as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance and cross-functional commitments.
• Resolve systemic barriers across functions, converting issues into prioritized root-cause initiatives.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model to enable international growth.
• Lead an executive Transformation Office managing portfolio governance, dependencies and risk escalations.
• Drive adoption of new international organization with change leadership and continuous improvement.
