Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to drive the NEMA International transformation, aligning strategy with execution across global business lines. The role requires shaping governance, roadmaps, and a start-to-finish operating model for profitable international growth.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage dependencies, and foster continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment with 30–40% travel. Your impact will touch sales, operations, IT, finance, and HR globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design, or management consulting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy, Operations, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap aligned with Stabilize-Optimize-Scale, with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines, aligning priorities with international market requirements.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers at interfaces between International Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, HR and other functions with measurable outcomes.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model, ensuring governance and capabilities evolve for profitable international growth.
• Lead an executive transformation office, managing portfolio, governance cadence, risk escalation and cross-functional workstreams.
• Lead adoption of the new international organization and ways of working through change leadership and capability building.
