• 10+ years leading large software engineering programs and cross-functional teams.
• 8+ years in matrix organizations and stakeholder management.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams.
• 2+ years coordinating across software cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define Platform strategy and delivery with Architecture and AppDev teams.
• Build and scale internal platforms and self-service tools to reduce developer load.
