Job summary

Articulate is seeking a Director of GTM Strategy, Planning & Analytics to shape how we translate company strategy into actionable go-to-market plans across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Channel. You will own the end-to-end GTM planning system, establish data governance, and drive performance insights for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in leading GTM strategy and planning at scale.
• Strong hands-on analytics, data governance, and decision-support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end GTM planning system, including annual/quarterly planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Translate growth objectives into targets, capacity plans, and execution strategies for Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Channel.
• Develop and govern GTM data strategy, definitions, and data standards across systems.
• Partner with Finance, Data, IT, and executive stakeholders to operationalize company strategy and improve GTM performance.
• Coach managers and senior contributors toward outcomes and strategic thinking.
