Job summary

ChowNow is seeking a GTM Strategy and Analytics Manager to own performance analytics and strategic insights for the GTM org. You’ll define targets, build KPI dashboards, and align Sales, Marketing, and CS Ops to drive revenue growth.

You will partner with Finance, lead data-informed recommendations, and ensure data integrity across GTM systems, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This is a fully remote role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM analytics, revenue operations, or sales strategy.
• Background in B2B SMB SaaS or marketplace.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and related systems.
• Strong data-driven storytelling and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, KPIs, and targets across GTM teams and channels.
• Build and maintain cross-team performance reporting.
• Lead weekly GTM performance reviews and drive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with FP&A on annual planning and capacity assumptions.
• Design incentive plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Maintain trust in GTM data through consistent definitions.
