Job summary

Articulate Global, LLC seeks a Director of GTM Strategy, Planning & Analytics to translate company strategy into actionable plans and govern data foundations for GTM decisions. You will lead an integrated organization spanning strategy, forecasting, analytics, data governance, and compensation analytics.

You will align GTM priorities with Finance, Data, IT, and executive stakeholders, developing managers and contributing to executive decision-making to improve GTM performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in GTM strategy, ops, analytics, or related functions, preferably B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years of people leadership, including managers or senior ICs.
• Proven experience in GTM planning, forecasting, targets, capacity planning, and performance management.
• Strong GTM analytics, SaaS metrics, and executive decision support.
• Experience with GTM data strategy, metric governance, and data definitions.
• Experience with compensation strategy, quota planning, and analytics.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and judgment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM planning system: annual/quarterly planning, forecasting, targets, capacity, resource allocation, performance management.
• Translate growth objectives into GTM targets and execution strategies across functions, regions, and products.
• Establish GTM operating rhythms and governance models for scalable planning.
• Develop scalable frameworks and standards to adapt to changing priorities.
• Evaluate tradeoffs across GTM investments and advise on capacity and demand generation.
• Partner with Finance on scenario planning and resource allocation.
