SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Director - GTM & Marketing Strategy to shape and drive go-to-market and marketing strategies that accelerate revenue growth.

You will partner with executive leaders across solution practices and business units to define strategy and ensure scalable execution. The role operates at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, leveraging data and AI insights to guide investments and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant functional area.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events (travel 25%).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing lifecycle and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision for GTM and marketing programs with a multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with executive marketing and GTM leadership to shape planning and investment.
• Translate strategy into scalable governance and execution models across orgs.
• Evaluate and prioritize marketing programs balancing ROI and market opportunity.
• Leverage analytics and AI-driven insights to inform investment decisions.
• Develop executive-level narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Establish KPI frameworks and attribution methodologies tied to business outcomes.
• Lead market, competitive, and customer analyses to identify growth opportunities.
