Job summary

AspenTech is seeking a Director, GTM Sales Enablement to transform product strategy into sales execution and raise seller productivity through modern tools and AI.

You will own the operating model for launch readiness, sales plays, and field adoption of the sales stack, partnering with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales leadership. This global role requires strategic leadership and hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, GTM, or related roles incl. Director level.
• Hands-on with AI tools in sales and technology.
• Proven launches, field readiness, and leadership with exec teams.
• Strong communication with senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM enablement strategy and priorities with Sales, and Product leadership.
• Define the launch readiness and sales plays and field messaging.
• Translate strategy into field plays, talk tracks, and guidance; monitor adoption.
• Align Sales, Solutions, Services, and partners under one GTM story.
• Lead AI productivity agenda and drive adoption across the sales stack.
• Build Enablement content and programs using AI and existing platforms.
• Lead field change management and measure adoption and outcomes.
• Direct cross-functional GTM initiatives with sequencing and trade-offs.
