- Deep background in Revenue Operations, GTM engineering or adjacent B2B SaaS functions.
- Proven track record delivering scalable GTM engineering at scale.
- Hands-on builder and leader with dual impact on tech and business outcomes.
- Strong alignment with Sales leadership to drive revenue efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define GTM engineering architecture including CRM, enrichment, signal, sequencing, orchestration and data layers.
- Design and implement production workflows and AI-driven automation.
- Own account prospecting automation for SDR/AE/AM globally.
- Translate commercial problems into technical architecture and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and grow a small senior team across Europe and North America.
