Job summary

Perk is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering to own the end-to-end GTM tech stack. You will design and build automated systems that replace manual processes, collaborate with Sales leadership, and drive revenue outcomes across Europe and North America.

In this player-coach role, you will write code, mentor a senior team, and align commercial goals with technical delivery. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-growing SaaS company that values impact and speed.

Qualifications

• Deep background across Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, or Growth Engineering.
• Proven track record delivering scalable automation for B2B SaaS.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM engineering architecture and data layers.
• Set roadmaps with Revenue Ops, Sales leadership, and data teams.
• Design and build production-grade workflows in Clay and code in Python/SQL/TypeScript.
• Own automation across SDR, AE, and AM to save time and improve outcomes.
• Bridge commercial goals with technical deliverables and measure impact.
