Deepgram is hiring a Director of GTM Engineering to own the systems, data, automation, and technical infrastructure powering our go-to-market organization. This role sits at the intersection of GTM, Product, Engineering, and Finance to support the full commercial lifecycle—from pre-sales to renewal and expansion.

This is a builder-leader role requiring architecture oversight, hands-on coding, and the ability to ship scalable solutions while developing a small, high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Must have track record leading GTM Engineering, RevOps, sales ops, or similar technical GTM function.
• Professional software engineering experience with production-quality code.
• Experience designing, coding, testing, and shipping production systems and internal tools.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, security, governance, and observability.

Responsabilités

• Own GTM technology ecosystem across CRM, CPQ, forecasting tooling, data infrastructure, integrations, automation, and internal tooling.
• Serve as technical product leader for GTM systems and translate business problems into clear requirements and scalable solutions.
• Establish engineering standards for GTM systems, including security, governance, testing, and safe production deployment.
• Build AI-native workflows and internal tools to reduce manual work and improve pipeline management and renewals.
• Lead the GTM Engineering function as a player-coach with a small team.
