Job summary

Perk is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering to own and scale the GTM tech stack, architecture, and automation. You’ll lead a senior team across Europe and North America, collaborating with Sales and Revenue Operations to accelerate pipeline and revenue outcomes.

You will design production-grade, instrumented systems using Python, SQL, SOQL, and TypeScript, owning end-to-end implementation and delivering measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Deep background across Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, Growth Engineering, or adjacent technical commercial function in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in GTM Engineering at real scale, with systems hundreds of sellers relied on.

Responsibilities

• Define Perk's GTM engineering architecture and data layers.
• Build and own the orchestration layer and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead and grow a senior team across Europe and North America.
• Bridge commercial and technical outcomes to measurable revenue impact.
