Job summary

Perk is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering. You will own GTM Engineering end-to-end, deciding tools, architecture, and what is built to accelerate revenue growth.

You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations and lead a senior team across Europe and North America, collaborating with SDR, AE, and AM functions. This player-coach role blends hands-on design and leadership, guiding a team to implement automation, AI workflows, and scalable systems that directly impact commercial

Qualifications

• Deep background across Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, Growth Engineering, or adjacent technical commercial function in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in GTM Engineering with real scale, not a pilot.

Responsibilities

• Define Perk's GTM engineering architecture—CRM, enrichment, signal, sequencing, orchestration and data layers fit together.
• Set the roadmap with the VP of Revenue Operations, Sales leadership, and Revenue Systems/Data teams.
• Own account prospecting automation globally: TAM sourcing, enrichment, ICP and intent scoring.
• Build agentic workflows on modern LLM tooling to reduce manual data entry.
• Write production-grade code in Python, SQL, SOQL or TypeScript.
