Job summary

Perk is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering. You will own GTM Engineering end-to-end, from stack strategy to architecture, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations and leading a small senior team across Europe and North America.

In a player-coach role, you will code, coach, and drive automation across SDR, AE, and AM, delivering measurable commercial impact through AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Deep background across Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, Growth Engineering, or adjacent technical commercial function in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in GTM Engineering with delivery at real scale.
• Time as both a builder and a leader.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM Engineering strategy and stack, define architecture, tools, and roadmap.
• Build and hands-on with Clay: tables, AI columns, webhooks, and API integrations.
• Own orchestration layer and agent workflows to automate research, qualification, and data entry.
• Write code in Python, SQL, SOQL, or TypeScript and ensure production readiness.
