Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in GTM enablement or related roles.
• Experience leading cross‑functional enablement programs and COEs.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, sales methodology, and revenue operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead GTM Enablement COE strategy aligned to RevOps priorities.
• Deliver role‑based onboarding, ramp, and certification programs.
• Drive field execution, tool adoption, and content governance.
• Measure readiness, adoption, and impact on revenue outcomes.
