Job summary

Eptura is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to lead scalable enablement programs across Sales, CX, and other revenue-facing teams. The role focuses on systems, tools, and reinforcement strategies to boost productivity and accelerate ramp time.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and leadership to align initiatives with business priorities, driving measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment. This is a hands-on IC role shaping a modern enablement function.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enablement and training experience, ideally in customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of GTM methodologies and customer lifecycle motions.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable enablement programs for onboarding, productivity, and performance across GTM teams.
• Develop role-based learning paths, playbooks, reinforcement strategies, and coaching frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, CX, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Ops to align enablement with business objectives.
• Enable revenue teams on product positioning, customer engagement strategies, and sales motions.
• Support onboarding, product launches, process changes, and expansion motions.
• Build coaching tools and reinforcement mechanisms to improve adoption.
• Analyze effectiveness using data and feedback to optimize programs.
• Drive consistency and scalability across global teams with standardized frameworks and tools.
• Leverage AI, automation, and modern enablement tech to boost efficiency and impact.
