Job summary

Commerce is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to design and deliver seller-focused enablement programs across the revenue org. You will enable AEs, SDRs, AMs, CSMs, and managers with repeatable playbooks, talk tracks, and coaching tools that translate GTM priorities into measurable behavior change.

You will lead live facilitation, partner with SMEs to turn strategy into seller-ready content, and build a manager-first reinforcement system supported by AI-powered content workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales enablement or related GTM function in SaaS.
• Proven ability to design blended enablement that changes behavior.
• Strong live and virtual facilitation for large and small audiences.
• Hands-on experience with manager-first enablement motions.
• Experience in quota-bearing customer-facing roles and AI-enabled content.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement architecture across revenue orgs and roadmaps.
• Design and deliver live and virtual enablement sessions with real deals in mind.
• Develop manager-focused reinforcement tools and cadences.
• Leverage AI to generate content and automate workflows while ensuring realism.
• Define metrics and use data to improve program impact; collaborate across functions.
