Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Director of GTM Enablement to consolidate enablement activities into a scalable COE, accelerate time-to-revenue for new sellers, and strengthen commercial rigor by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

This leadership role drives onboarding, certification, and field readiness across revenue teams. The role requires a strategic operator with hands-on capabilities to align enablement with RevOps priorities, adopt new tools, and

Qualifications

10+ years in GTM enablement, revenue enablement or related commercial roles.
Experience leading enablement teams or COEs in complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of revenue operating models and sales methodology.

Responsibilities

Define and lead GTM Enablement COE strategy and operating model.
Deliver role-based readiness, onboarding, and skill development for seller roles.
Translate RevOps priorities into clear field execution plans and governance.
Oversee development of enablement content, playbooks, and launch materials.
Drive adoption of CRM, sales tools, and AI-enabled productivity capabilities.
Establish metrics for readiness, proficiency, and content effectiveness.
