• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in enterprise-scale programs.
• Experience managing managers and large end-user technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint disciplines including OS lifecycle, MDM, patch management, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year end-user technology roadmap aligned to Digital Workplace Services.
• Lead End User Technology, Hardware Asset Management, and Digital Employee Experience teams.
• Drive experience metrics like time-to-productive and employee sentiment, moving from SLA to XLA.
