Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an Enterprise Product Owner overseeing strategic workforce planning and culture shaping with global scope. You will lead playbooks, analytics and leader enablement to guide workforce decisions and transform culture across the organization.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Partners and leaders to drive adoption, embed workforce planning into long-range planning and budget cycles, and deliver measurable outcomes in workforce visibility and performance.

Qualifications

Minimum seven years of progressive experience in strategic workforce planning and related HR strategy roles.
Experience designing playbooks, toolkits or standard work at enterprise scale.
Strong ability to advise senior leaders and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise strategic workforce planning product, including playbooks and data products.
Lead culture shaping product, translating Winning Behaviors into observable norms.
Define measures of adoption, quality and business value; drive continuous improvement.
Partner with HR, talent and business leaders to scale workforce planning and culture initiatives.
Lead pilots and integrate AI/advanced analytics into workforce insight.
