Western Digital Corp. is seeking a Senior Director of Workplace Experience to lead the employee experience strategy across our global portfolio.

This role transcends traditional facilities and focuses on culture, community, and connection, shaping the journey from onboarding to daily workplace interactions. You will coordinate HR, IT, facilities, food services, events, and communications, translating vision into scalable programs with measurable ROI and a strong, data-driven approach to

Qualifications

• 10+ years in workplace /employee experience, or hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree or higher education.
• Proven experience building and scaling programs across multiple sites or geographies.
• Strong communicator who can influence at all levels especially C-Suite.
• Budget management experience across vendors and programs.
• Experienced in defining key metrics and translating data into insights.
• A genuine passion for people, workplace, and creating memorable moments.

Responsibilities

• Bridge HR, IT, Facilities, Food Services, Events, and Communications into one cohesive experience.
• Translate vision into operational roadmaps, governance frameworks, and scalable programs.
• Background in human-centered design and journey mapping to make the workplace easy, productive, engaging, and consistent for employees across the company.
• Ability to work across space, services, events, and technology as an integrated experience.
• Experienced in developing a clear Workplace Experience framework that connects physical space, services, culture, and programming into one unified narrative.
• Present Global and Regional strategies, program updates, and ROI metrics to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
• Mindset of being creative, collaborative, and calm under pressure while making every employee feel like a guest.
