Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an enterprise product owner for strategic workforce planning and culture shaping. You will lead playbooks, analytics, and leader enablement to translate workforce needs into long‑term plans and sustainable culture.

In this role, you will influence senior leaders through HR partners and business leaders, advancing products from nascent to enterprise maturity and embedding them in long‑range planning, budget, and talent reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
• Hands-on experience building strategic workforce plans or culture-shaping tools, including supply-and-demand, capability or skills gap analysis.
• Experience designing culture diagnostics, surveys or measurement frameworks linked to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Owns the enterprise strategic workforce planning product, including playbooks, methodology, and data products.
• Owns the enterprise culture shaping product, translating Winning Behaviors into observable operating norms.
• Defines measures of adoption, quality and business value, prioritizes enhancements, and moves products toward self-service and predictive insight.
• Scales workforce planning and culture shaping through HR partners and leaders, providing materials, learning forums and coaching.
• Provides advisory support to senior leaders, partners with analytics, learning, finance and talent teams on data and planning cycles.
