Job summary
Tapestry is seeking a Director, Workplace Technology to lead the global strategy, engineering, and service experience for technology used by associates worldwide. You will define a product roadmap, unify ownership, and drive deployment of secure, AI-enabled experiences across retail, corporate, and global functions.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead global teams and manage large-scale workplace services.
- Experience applying AI and automation to employee support and provisioning.
Responsibilities
- Own and communicate a unified global Workplace Technology roadmap aligned to priorities.
- Lead Workplace Technology as a portfolio of products and experiences with measurable outcomes.
- Elevate associate experience across endpoints, productivity tools, and collaboration services.
- Advance an experience-led operating model using DEX, XLAs, and service analytics.
- Drive automation, self-service, and AI-assisted support to reduce friction.
