Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an Associate Director to lead strategic workforce planning and culture shaping across enterprise scope. You will own playbooks, analytics, and labor market data products, partnering with HR leaders to translate talent strategy into actionable plans.

The role requires senior advisory capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to implement workforce insights into long-range planning, budgeting, and talent reviews while advancing Winning Behaviors.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in strategic or organizational workforce planning.
• Experience building enterprise-wide workforce and culture tools.
• Ability to translate data into executive recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or IO psychology (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Owns strategic workforce planning product and playbooks.
• Owns culture shaping product with leader enablement.
• Define measures of adoption, quality and value.
• Collaborate with HR partners, finance and operations.
• Lead governance on long-range planning and budgets.
