You’ll lead enterprise learning initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and drive measurable outcomes through analytics and scalable training solutions that empower our people and our business to thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience in HR/OD/L&D or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of related professional experience.
• 5–6 years of leadership or people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and workforce readiness needs.
• Create innovative learning programs to enhance performance and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead leadership development, management training and talent programs.
• Use learning analytics and performance metrics to measure impact and drive improvement.
• Partner with HR and external providers to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Oversee learning technologies, content strategies and scalable development experiences.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and employee growth.
