Core Laboratories seeks a Global Organizational Development Manager to lead the company's learning and development strategy worldwide. The role partners with senior leadership and HR to design, deliver leadership, management, and technical development programs aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or related field is required.
Ten years of relevant experience may substitute for degree; high school diploma required.
Demonstrated leadership/organizational development experience in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

Implement and oversee programs that strengthen leadership, skills, and company culture.
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve performance and decision-making.
Partner with senior leadership to identify needs and design targeted training programs.
Collaborate with global BU leads to strengthen leadership and organizational capabilities.
Ensure new learning products have solid project plans and monitor outcomes.
Deliver leadership, technical, succession, and talent development programs.
Use data analytics to evaluate needs and inform talent decisions.
Oversee change management, coaching, and career development initiatives.
