Job summary

Metropolis in the United States is hiring a Director of Business Development focused on Future Mobility. You will own a regional territory, drive net-new enterprise deals, and negotiate complex agreements leveraging AI and computer-vision offerings.

You will lead strategic sales cycles, build relationships with asset managers and real estate partners, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B sales or related roles.
• Experience selling into asset managers, ownership groups, or other real estate partners.
• Proven ability to create enterprise relationships and accelerate deal velocity.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle in regional territory for Future Mobility.
• Identify and develop net new business opportunities through multiple channels.
• Lead client presentations and proposals.
• Build relationships across key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal to align goals.
• Monitor pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Travel regionally as needed.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and AI tools.
