Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Franchise Commercial Execution to lead the integrated execution capability agenda for bottler operations in the Charlotte area. You will translate commercial priorities into practical standards, deployment plans, and market activation, driving availability, visibility, and asset productivity across channels.

You will partner with bottler commercial and sales teams, franchise operations, category and channel leaders, Customer teams, RGM and Finance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in CPG/beverage or related industry, across commercial execution, sales, customer management, franchise operations, or execution capability roles.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated execution capability agenda across CDE, MSC, PICOS, ESH and Space.
Align deployment plans and bottler adoption with commercial and channel priorities.
Coordinate readiness and field engagement for priority growth opportunities.
Translate brand strategies into channel-specific deployment plans with bottlers.
Track execution gaps and drive corrective actions across outlets and merchandising.
Lead channel planning and align plans with bottler economics and execution feasibility.
