Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 10 to 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, franchise leadership, customer management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading commercial strategy and execution in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into connected commercial and field execution plans.
• Strong understanding of system economics, revenue and profit drivers, and business performance management.
• Experience using data, insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Design the future-state operating model for commercial execution.
• Establish a multi-year vision and plans for execution excellence.
• Define governance, decision rights, roles, routines, escalation paths, and accountability.
• Connect strategy to marketplace execution across channels and geographies.
• Lead the commercial agenda spanning portfolio, bottler plans, calendars, and field standards.
• Create plans with stakeholders and align senior leadership on priorities and incentives.
• Develop an integrated execution architecture with clear owners and measures.
• Lead the Commercial Execution tower and build repeatable approaches, tools, and practices.
