Job summary

Coca-Cola is seeking a Director of Franchise Commercial Execution - Integrated Execution in Atlanta to lead cross-portfolio integration and ensure bottle-level alignment across markets. You will connect priority plans, execution frameworks, and bottler operations to drive consistent, measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Customer teams and Franchise Operations to translate strategies into actionable execution, manage governance for execution priorities, and address bottlenecks to scale best

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in CPG, beverage, customer management, commercial execution, sales, franchise, or general management roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity into clear priorities and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead South Region Integrated Execution alignment across the full portfolio and all categories.
• Translate customer strategies and commitments into clear system execution requirements.
• Steward execution frameworks including ESH and 7Cs across teams.
• Coordinate PICOS across priority customers and bottlers, identify gaps and execution risks.
• Connect MSC and RCLB priorities to customer and bottler execution plans.
• Establish integrated execution readiness with Customer teams, Franchise Commercial Execution, Franchise Operations, and bottler partners.
• Lead governance and stewardship routines for integrated execution priorities; track follow-through.
• Identify recurring execution barriers; surface trade-offs and propose practical solutions.
