Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta is seeking a Director of Franchise Commercial Execution - Integrated Execution to lead alignment across the full portfolio and categories, connecting customer commitments with bottler execution.

You will partner with Customer teams, Franchise Operations, RGM, Marketing, Finance, and bottler teams to resolve gaps, scale effective practices, and ensure accountability across the system. The role requires MBA/advanced degree preferred and extensive CPG experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in CPG, beverage, or related commercial roles.
• Ability to translate customer strategies into execution requirements.
• Knowledge of NRS planning, PICOS, channel & outlet execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead South Region Integrated Execution alignment across the full portfolio and all categories.
• Coordinate customer PICOS across priority NRS customers and bottlers.
• Establish integrated execution readiness with Customer teams, Franchise Commercial Execution, Franchise Operations, and bottler partners.
• Lead governance and stewardship routines for assigned integrated execution priorities.
• Spend regular time with Customer teams, bottler Commercial and Operations teams, Franchise Operations, and frontline teams to assess market impact.
