Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, franchise leadership, customer management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading commercial strategy and execution in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Design the future-state operating model with governance across functions.
• Connect strategy to marketplace execution across channels and geographies.
• Integrate execution capabilities into a common architecture with clear ownership and metrics.
• Shape plans before field deployment with senior leaders to align bottler and customer requirements.
• Establish a performance and intervention system with scorecards and thresholds for corrective action.
• Build organizational capability by coaching teams and standardizing tools and processes.
