Job summary

OutSystems seeks an FP&A Director – GTM to partner with Sales and Marketing leadership, shaping data-driven decisions to accelerate revenue growth and margin improvement. This role spans strategic finance, GTM operations, and decision intelligence, owning end-to-end GTM planning from ARR models to board reporting.

The candidate will lead a team, implement AI-enabled processes, and drive KPI dashboards for executive audiences across a global SaaS organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or GTM/Sales Finance experience with senior leadership.
• Proven track record supporting Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations in SaaS.
• Deep command of SaaS and GTM metrics: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, quota capacity modeling.
• Expert financial modeling with ability to present executive-ready insights.
• Strong communicator with executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with EPM and planning tools (Pigment/Anaplan).
• Proficiency in CRM and GTM tools (Salesforce, Clari, Xactly).
• BI and data tools experience: Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated financial business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leadership.
• Develop and maintain ARR driver models, pipeline analytics, and LTV frameworks.
• Evaluate ROI on campaigns, channel investments, and sales coverage models.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a GTM finance analytics team.
• Champion AI-enabled scalable processes and analytics.
• Own the annual GTM financial plan, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis.
• Build driver-based models aligned with multi-year strategic GTM plans.
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics and dashboards for GTM leaders.
