Job summary

Momentive Software, Inc. seeks a Director of FP&A GTM to partner with senior GTM leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations. You will lead planning, forecasting, and long-range analysis, translating activity into clear financial insights.

Build models for growth, headcount and investments, and deliver executive-level recommendations. You will influence senior leaders, drive efficiency, and align resources to revenue and profitability goals in a fast-paced SaaS

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance with FP&A/commercial/strategic finance roles.
• 5+ years partnering with senior GTM leaders (Sales/Marketing/CS).
• Strong SaaS/recurring revenue experience and key metrics knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficient BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range GTM financial planning.
• Develop models for revenue growth, quota productivity, and headcount.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Ops on bookings, pipeline, and ramp.
• Evaluate investments, ROI, and resource allocation for GTM programs.
• Provide executive-level reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and scalable GTM forecasting processes.
• Establish KPIs connecting GTM activity to revenue and profitability.
