Job summary

Morning Consult is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with our Go-to-Market organization and drive accuracy, automation, and presentation of GTM dashboards and reporting. You will translate financial data into insights for GTM leadership and support strategic decision making.

The role reports to the Senior Director, FP&A, with growth potential as the function expands. You will balance hands-on modeling with high-level storytelling and advisory support across Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining three-statement financial models.
• Strong knowledge of gross and net revenue retention metrics.
• Background in a go-to-market-facing finance function — SaaS or professional services experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM-facing dashboards, accuracy, automation, and visuals.
• Provide direct decision support to GTM leadership with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Commercial teams on metrics and reporting logic.
• Identify opportunities to speed up and automate reporting processes.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate dashboard cleanup and reporting.
