Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking a Director of Field Capability to lead live and virtual learning experiences improving franchise and HQ capability. You will shape instructional strategy, oversee instructors, and ensure sessions align with brand standards and operational realities.

You will collaborate across Operations, Franchise Leaders, and Design teams to optimize delivery tools and learner experience, driving performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• The role requires strong facilitation and delivery of instructor-led and virtual training.
• Experience leading instructional teams and shaping capability development.
• Understanding of operational standards and field realities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a field capability instructional strategy aligned with operational priorities.
• Lead and coach a team of instructors delivering franchise and HQ workshops.
• Establish delivery standards, facilitation expectations, and performance criteria.
• Ensure instructors reflect real-world conditions with credible delivery.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, funding, and execution of live and virtual sessions.
• Align programs with operational standards to drive performance and growth.
• Collaborate with Operations and Franchise teams to refine workshop focus.
• Partner with instructional design to ensure consistent ILT content delivery.
