Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is seeking a Learning Partner to deliver high-impact live and virtual training across franchise teams and headquarters.

You will be a subject-matter expert who supports the School of Learning, partners with SMEs, and ensures consistent, credible instruction aligned with brand standards. You will facilitate workshops, coach SMEs and leaders, and coordinate logistics to ensure engaging learner experiences.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in training delivery, facilitation, field operations, or capability development.
Experience delivering workshops in distributed environments (franchise/field-based).
Background in the assigned School (Restoration, Construction, Office, Commercial, Biz Dev, Leadership, etc.) strongly preferred.
Proficiency with virtual delivery platforms (Zoom, Teams) and LMS-supported learning environments.
Familiarity with ILT content structure and instructional intent.
Strong relationship-building with franchisees, SMEs, and field leaders.
Commitment to continuous improvement and learner success.

Responsibilities

Deliver live and virtual workshops for franchise teams and HQ employees with clarity and credibility.
Facilitate hands-on, scenario-based, and standards-aligned training.
Adapt delivery style to learner needs while maintaining objectives and brand standards.
Maintain deep knowledge of operational standards, equipment, processes, and best practices.
Partner with SMEs to validate content accuracy and support co-facilitation.
Coach SMEs and field leaders on facilitation techniques and workshop readiness.
Ensure participants can deliver consistent, high-quality training.
Prepare materials, equipment, and logistics for workshops.
Coordinate with Field Capability Administrator on scheduling and enrollment.
Ensure training environments are set up for optimal learner experience.
Collaborate with Instructional Design, Learning Experience, and Operations teams.
Support major learning events as facilitator or SME.
