Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is seeking a Learning Partner to deliver high-impact live and virtual training across franchise and HQ teams.

You will facilitate workshops, partner with subject-matter experts, support the T3 model, and ensure learners receive consistent and operationally aligned instruction across the franchise system. The role requires 3–5+ years of training delivery experience, proficiency with Zoom/Teams, and the ability to travel up to 50% to deliver ILT sessions at franchises and

• 3–5+ years in training delivery or related capability development.
• Experience delivering workshops in distributed/franchise environments (preferred).
• Proficiency with virtual delivery platforms (Zoom, Teams) and LMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live and virtual workshops for franchise teams and HQ employees.
• Facilitate hands-on, scenario-based training that reinforces real-world execution.
• Adapt delivery style to learner needs while maintaining objectives and brand standards.
• Maintain deep knowledge of operational standards, equipment, processes and best practices.
• Partner with SMEs to validate content and support co-facilitation.
