Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem vision, governance, and lifecycle management. You will lead CoE, partner with business segments, and drive value while ensuring security, reliability, and data integrity across FMS, SCS, and RLM.

This role oversees budget, vendor strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Security, and Product teams to create pragmatic guardrails and best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership with enterprise platforms or customer-facing apps.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM in a large multi-unit environment.
• 7+ years leading managers/senior professionals and maturing a Salesforce CoE and portfolio-management.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org/instance rationalization or consolidation across domains.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce platform strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap across Ryder segments.
• Chair Salesforce CoE, establish governance, investments, and architecture reviews.
• Lead platform health, security, reliability, and risk management across instances.
• Build durable relationships with senior leaders and translate priorities into enterprise choices.
• Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and data governance.
