Job summary

Jobgether SRL in United States is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to accelerate growth by building and leading a high-performing, remote enterprise sales organization in cybersecurity. You will develop and execute strategies to win new logos while engaging senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities include building scalable processes, coaching the sales team, and collaborating with Marketing, Product, and CS to align initiatives with business goals. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS sales teams with revenue targets.
• Experience selling cybersecurity to enterprises, PAM preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic enterprise sales plans.
• Proven talent management and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a new-logo enterprise sales strategy with target revenue.
• Lead and coach a high-performing enterprise sales team.
• Train teams on strategic, high-value selling processes.
• Establish scalable sales processes and best practices.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
• Partner with channel teams to strengthen routes to market.
• Create outbound sales motions for identity and access management solutions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and required coverage.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and forecast.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, CS, and Leadership.
• Analyze market trends to inform GTM strategies.
