Jobgether SRL seeks a Regional Sales Director, Commercial, Acquisition for the United States in a fully remote role. You will lead a team of Commercial Account Executives, set regional strategy, and drive multi-month, high-value deals with executive stakeholders.

You will own territorial plans, mentor reps, and collaborate with Marketing, Solution Engineering, and R&D to accelerate revenue growth in a fast-evolving cloud/software market.

Qualifications

• Lead regional Commercial Account Executives and drive revenue growth.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and close seven-figure deals.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Commercial Account Executives.
• Establish regional territories, quotas, goals, and activity standards.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Build a strong pipeline and accelerate commercial acquisition.
• Guide teams through complex sales cycles and close deals.
• Meet with prospects and key stakeholders to shape sales strategies.
• Develop strategic relationships with executive-level customers.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews and other business reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Solution Engineers, R&D, and Customer Support to optimize go-to-market.
• Attract, retain, and develop sales talent with a culture of accountability.
