Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead North America Private Sector revenue growth in a 100% remote capacity. You will build and scale enterprise sales teams, drive multi-stakeholder deals and partner with channel teams.

Reporting to the SVP of NorAm Sales, this role requires a proven leader with a track record of exceeding targets in enterprise SaaS and PAM, shaping go-to-market strategy for mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales leadership with target-exceeding results.
• Experience in cybersecurity or PAM is preferred.
• Ability to scale sales processes and manage complex cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive new logo enterprise sales strategy.
• Build and lead a team of enterprise sales representatives.
• Lead, train and inspire the sales team in high-value processes.
• Establish scalable sales processes and best practices.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams.
• Represent Keeper at industry events and monitor sales metrics.
