Qualifikationen

• Proven enterprise technology sales experience with federal/national security accounts.
• Experience leading sales teams in regulated/compliance-driven markets.
• Strong executive presence and ability to negotiate complex deals.
• CRM and data-driven pipeline management proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, hire, and develop regional Account Executives for national security accounts.
• Develop and execute regional new-business and expansion strategies.
• Own regional forecasting, pipeline health, and MEDDPICC-based reviews.
• Lead complex enterprise and federal sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with distributors, system integrators, and government partners.
• Shape sales strategies connecting offerings with government needs.
• Partner with Renewals, CS, Product, Marketing to drive retention and expansion.
• Expand relationships within large agencies and manage executive-level engagements.
• Travel for key meetings and large-deal reviews as needed.
