Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed via a partner company, seeks a Director, Global Partner Enablement based in the United States. This senior leadership role builds a global enablement strategy to strengthen partner readiness, pipeline growth, and customer security outcomes.

You will enable VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, distributors and other partners to sell, deploy, and scale cybersecurity solutions, shaping learning journeys, content, certifications, and AI-assisted workflows across global markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel sales, or learning and development within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience enabling global channel partners across Americas, EMEA, APJ with MSP/MSSP/VAR/distributor models.
• Proven ability to design and execute role-based, go-to-market aligned learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global partner enablement strategy aligned with GTM priorities and regional growth.
• Lead creation of learning journeys for partner sales, technical pre-sales, implementation, and managed services.
• Establish AI-assisted enablement processes to scale content while ensuring governance and human review.
• Provide executive-level reporting on partner performance and revenue impact.
