Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development or program management within defense or aerospace sectors.
• Proven success in securing DoD programs valued at $1M – $20M.
• Must obtain U.S. Government SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an Electronic Warfare business strategy for DoD and Allied customers.
• Establish relationships with Program Offices and Prime Contractors.
• Build a data-driven business plan aligned with corporate objectives.

Skills

Experience in Electronic Warfare

Business Development

Technical familiarity with RF systems

Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
