Motorola Solutions is seeking a Director of Business Development, Electronic Warfare, to lead strategic growth across DoD and allied customers. You will translate complex EW technologies into actionable market plans and manage relationships with government partners and primes.

This role offers potential for 100% remote work for qualified candidates based in the continental United States, with a focus on building a scalable go‑to‑market strategy and delivering measurable pipeline results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years in business development, capture management, or PM in defense/aerospace.
• Proven success securing DoD programs valued $1M–$20M.
• Strong DoD acquisition, contracts (IDIQ/OTA/BPA), FAR/DFARS.
• Technical familiarity with RF systems and EW domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EW business strategy across DoD and allied customers.
• Lead opportunity identification, qualification, and capture planning.
• Engage with Program Offices, primes, and industry partners.
• Represent Silvus/ Motorola in industry and government forums.
