Motorola Solutions is looking for a Director of Business Development for their Electronic Warfare sector. This role involves leading efforts to capture opportunities in electromagnetic-spectrum operations, defining market strategies, and engaging with key government partners.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business development and existing DoD relationships. This position supports remote work for candidates located in the continental U.S. Salary ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 annually, with additional incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, capture management, or program management within defense or aerospace sectors.
• Proven success in securing and executing DoD programs valued at $1M – $20M.
• Existing relationships within DoD EW programs and with major defense primes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Electronic Warfare business strategy.
• Establish and expand relationships with Program Offices and Prime Contractors.
• Build a data-driven business plan and forecast aligned with corporate objectives.
