The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in business development within the defense and aerospace sectors, as well as existing relationships with major defense primes. The position can be 100% remote for eligible candidates based in the continental United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in defense/aerospace business development.
• Proven success in securing and managing $1M - $20M DoD programs.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Electronic Warfare business strategy.
• Establish relationships with key government and industry partners.
• Lead opportunity capture planning in collaboration with internal teams.
