• Ability to lead executive discussions and cross-functional decisions.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement the Consumer Digital product operating model, including roles, decision rights, governance, and end-to-end ways of working.
• Define and maintain tools, templates, playbooks, and standards for planning, delivering, measuring, and improving products.
• Establish governance forums to clarify ownership, accelerate decisions, and surface risks.
• Lead the operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and communications for priorities.
• Oversee budget planning, recruiting/onboarding, and cross-organizational communications.
